~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Andrew had already let me know in advanced that he will be executing a very impt mission today
- we prayed very hard(for kind weather & his mission to be a successful one) for the whole week...hehee!
- but i don't know his exact plans, we first went to watch the fireworks along the beach rocks near the Song of the
Sea
- next we strolled along the beach, the wind was rather strong that night, he took out a lighted tealight candle to
test the wind and the fire got blew off
- so we decided to go back to our favourite Imbiah pavillion
- we found a good spot, I took a rest & secretly took some pics while Andrew was setting up the props
- after everything was done, he presented me with a lovely bouquet of flowers(a dozen of champagne roses)
- it was still early, so we had our supper and waited until the crowds left
- soon it was time, he sang me a chinese song (ni yuan yi jia gei wo ma) adapted from "Ming Tian Wo Yao Jia Gei Ni Ler", he changed some of the lyrics to suit the occassion, but he sang too fast, probably abit nervous, I was too!
- after this, we turned to the other side of the set up area, he slowly removed the newspapers on the 2 meters long pink cloth that he laid on the ground earlier
- it was a sweet surprised and was touched by what he did, he used flower petals to form the words: "Marry Me" and
on bended knees, he proposed with a couple ring, I was nervous too and quickly replied with a Yes!
- he slipped the ring on my finger and we marked the new stage of our r/s by lighting up the tealight candles that
he formed into a heartshape
- we took more pics to remember this special day...& Thank God for the wonderful weather & each other!
